This unique apartment is located on the fourth floor of a modern building, on Nadwiślańska 11 street, in Krakow - just next to the Vistula Boulevards. The building features, available for Guests, two terraces located on the fifth floor, with overlook on the city skyline. Excellent location causes that in just few minutes you will be within the greatest attractions of Krakow – Kazimierz Jewish district, Wawel Royal Castle or Main Market Square.

Regulamin PLA

Regulations-specific conditions for renting the apartments of PLA-Passion Luxury Apartments group


I. General conditions.
The Regulations define the conditions of reservation and rental of luxury apartments from PLA group. The contract between the customer and the owner of the apartment shall be concluded at the time of booking via Internet, telephone or e-mail.
1. Reservation.
1)Reservation can by made via internet (by completing the reservation form on the apartments.com website or through intermediate parties - booking.com, expedia.com, etc.), telephone or e-mail (info@pla-apartments.com). A pre-booking of chosen apartment will be sent on client’s e-mail adress. Depending on the date of stay the prepayment can vary from 50% to 100% of the contract. With booking through intermediate parties prepayment amount depends on their offer.
2)The prepayment represents booking confirmation.
3) In case of absence of the prepayment within the prescribed period preliminary reservation being canceled.
4)Upon receipt of the prepayment or the entire amount for the booking, the customer will an e-mail or SMS with payment and reservation confirmation.
5)In case of partial prepayment the remaining amount has to be paid immediately upon Guest’s arrival (during check-in) to the person transferring the keys.
2. Terms of lease.
1)A contract signed between the owner of the apartment and the Guest comprises only rental the apartment. The price includes utilities (electricity, gas, water, heating, TV, WI-FI), final cleaning, coffee and tea.
2)For stays longer than 7 days the apartment is being cleaned once a week without additional charge mentioned in § 2 p. 3, which also includes the exchange of sheets and towels.
3)For stays of less than 7 days, extra cleaning and exchange of sheets and towels during stay possible for an additional fee of 100 zlotys.
4) Key collection – the arrival should take place at the time agreed with via phone or email the person responsible for the reservation.
5) Check-in starts at 14:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of
6) If unable to arrive at the previously arranged time the guest is obliged to immediately notify person responsible for the reservation via phone.
7) The client is obliged to pay the amount for the whole stay, even if for reasons beyond the control of the owner of the apartment, the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened (communication difficulties, personal reasons).
8) The client is obliged to inform the person responsible for the reservation about any events could expose the owner of the apartment for loss.
9) The client may use the apartment only for residential purposes and can not sub-lease it.
10)The client is responsible for any damage done to the apartment equipment and the itself and agrees to immediately notify the owner about them. Damages will be calculated and payment should be done no later than on the day of departure.

3. Client’s responsibilities.
1) The number of people who can stay in the apartment is limited and determined on the day reservation. The client is obliged to inform via phone or email about any change of that number. If that number exceeds the number given on the reservation confirmation the client is obliged to pay for extra, not reported, persons. In other case, the owner of the apartment has the right to refuse to give the keys to the apartment.
2) The client is obliged to maintain the principles of good neighborliness and maintain apartment in the same condition as on the moment of arrival.

4. Amendments in the reservation.

5. Transfer of rights and obligations of the client to another person.
1) At any time the client can transfer to another person all the rights of his reservation, if the person accepts all resulting from the reservation responsibilities. In this situation, the client should immediately notify the owner of the apartment about the change and pass the details of the person who takes over the rights and obligations arising from the contract.
6. The occurence of force majeure.
1) In the case of unforeseeable circumstances whose effects can not be liquidated by means the owner of the apartment reserves the right to offer the Guest substitute accommodation, similar to the one originally booked. The owner has the right, in case of events caused by force majeure, to cancel the contract. This also applies to cases in which the client's personal safety or property safety, for reasons independent on the owner, can not be guaranteed. The amounts paid by the guest will be returned upon deduction of the amount for services already rendered.
7. Applicable law.
1. The law applicable to disputes between the owner of the apartment and the client is the law. Disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the owner’s headquarter.
